58) John Fremont Breckon - Master - 1951

This is a work in process; the following information has been gathered so far:

 According to Bob Johnston - now the oldest member of the Lodge at age 96 - John Breckon "did most of the work of the lodge back then."  That is quite a compliment.

               John F. was born on March 16, 1915 in Utah to Fred and Edith Breckon. The family moved to Ellensburg, Washington in 1923.   John worked for the United State Post Office from the time he graduated from high school until his retirement. He was appointed Assistant Post Master in 1961. He married Lois Erickson and built a home on his father’s property. John died on September 5, 1989 at the age of 74 years.
